We treat our applicants transparently and on equal terms. We, therefore, show you what our application process classically or ideally involves—this means that even before you send your documents, you already know what awaits you in the next step and can optimally prepare yourself.

1.         Find a job opening

You find our current vacancies at www.indeed-innovation.com/jobs. And on many other platforms like indeed.com, lemanoosh.com, or LinkedIn. Some jobs might be crawled, so make sure by visiting our website, which is up to date, that the job you are looking for is still available.

2.         Apply online

Found the perfect position? Then send us your application online.
A CV is mandatory for all positions. Cover letters are rather unusual. Instead, feel free to use the text box to let us know what is particularly interesting about you. If you apply for a creative job, include your portfolio that speaks for itself. For all other jobs, a portfolio is optional but always appreciated.

Your application is reviewed by humans!

3.         Be patient

As soon as we have received your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation. Your CV, resume, and portfolio will be read by real-life humans, usually working on client projects. We check your documents and see if other advertised jobs could also fit your profile. Just hang in there while we carefully review each application as they come in.
We will contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.

4.         First job interview or initial meeting

We found your application exciting and decided to move your application forward. A team member will reach out to schedule a phone interview/teams call or such with you.
The goal of the first meeting is to get to know you a little better, discuss the role and answer any questions you might have about Indeed Innovation.

5.         Second job interview

We are intrigued by your skillset, and you can also envision becoming part of Indeed Innovation. Amazing! We continue with more in-depth conversations involving our experts and decision-makers depending on the job type. For particular roles, we might agree on work trials.

The perfect fit

6.         Contract offer & signing

You suit us, and we serve you. We would therefore like to employ you and get in touch to discuss all contract details. After sending you the contract offer, you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding the contract or further procedures.
After we have clarified all remaining questions and you have signed, we will remain in touch and at your disposal for any queries.

7.         Onboarding

Welcome! We are glad you have joined us. The team is looking forward to building circular innovations together.

If you don’t get selected to move forward at any stage, it doesn’t mean you are not fantastic or remarkable. It just means your awesomeness doesn’t align with our needs or job profiles currently.

Unsolicited applications

Would you like to work with us, but are the current openings not your tea? Let us know more about you and explain why we shouldn’t miss out via email at jobs@indeed-innovation.com.

Languages & work permits

The same goes for work permits: Please understand that we cannot support every extraordinary talent to work from everywhere due to limited recourses.
