We offer an exploratory position in a team of designers, engineers, and innovation strategists (you would be the only dedicated economic sciences expert!), where your own initiative determines how much of an impact you will make on a circular future through real client projects.

YOU ARE

  • An excellent communicator, open to cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Able to work proactively and independently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze existing value creation systems with regard to circularity and transformation potential.
  • Assess the environmental, economic, and social impact of products and services across their full lifecycle.
  • Identify new circular innovation opportunities that align with business objectives and industry needs.
  • Develop and evaluate alternative business model routes (e.g., leasing, sharing, product-as-a-service models), integrating data-driven decision-making bases for the validation and further development of the models.
  • Support the derivation of strategic recommendations.
  • Derive future scenarios to identify scaling potential and innovation paths.
  • Support and participate in workshops and stakeholder sessions to jointly develop circular business strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Model and visualize product life cycles, including partners, processes, and return logistics.
  • Utilize your initiative, communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach to make an impact in our projects.
  • Drive projects forward by contributing and participating at eye level with senior team members.
