Set your home office to a comfortable temperature. Remember that it is important to breathe fresh air as well, so we recommend that you open the nearest window to your workplace from time to time.

Workers seated by a window with lots of natural light reported an 84% drop in eye stain, headaches and blurred vision.

#becomfortable

When it comes to working from home, comfort is key, invest in a good office chair or try to use comfortable furniture focusing on the support of your spinal curves. Whether it´s a standing desk or a yoga ball.

/ Place your monitor, laptop, the working tool at eye level, and an arm´s length away.
/ Sit with your feet on the ground and keep your legs at a 90° to 120°
/ Your elbows should rest at a 90° to 120° angle close to your body.#lightning

If you want to work comfortably, then you need to choose the proper lighting. Poor lighting causes eye strain, headaches, stress, and a lot of problems. Thus one of the easiest things you can do to boost productivity is to improve the lighting of your remote workstation.
