Between the 5th and 6th of April, 'Packaging Innovation’ will take in place in Berlin, and we will be taking part by hosting a service design workshop.
Focusing the Customer Journey Map, our Managing Director Karel J. Golta will demonstrate how to satisfy, not only the final consumer, but even online distributors.
The Customer Journey Map is an innovation method, identifying every single touchpoint users have with a service and/or product. It helps analyzing moments of potential value creation, in order to identify potential opportunities for evolution and optimization. In our workshop, participants will get hands-on, to learn how to identify “gain & pain” points, before drawing conclusions.
